BASR Student Testimonials
"Whenever I was restless, I used the technique to calm myself to go to sleep."
"It is very relaxing. It's like observing yourself above yourself. I saw how I created situations that unnerved me. I don't do that anymore."
"My brother asked me for five dollars. I gave him a single. After meditating for awhile, I said, 'Gee whiz how can I be spiritual if I'm so cheap.' I took my single back and gave him a five."
"Often I don't have patience to do my prayers wholeheartedly. When I do the technique, I have the patience to do my prayers like they count."
"Education is a lot more connected, secretive, and miraculous than we know. The mind, the heart, the brain, the spirit - all of these play a bigger role than we can now identify."
~ Dorothy Rich, Founder of the Home and School Institute in Washington, Learning Curve, Washington Post January 11, 2004, page B07

think.
